Hi everyone:
I know the nature of lip glosses makes it impossible to be long-lasting, but I am looking for a lip gloss that doesn't fade in one hour and isn't sticky. I know a lot of people like MAC lip glosses but they are soooo sticky and thick.

| LL, what about a glossy lipstick? I wear Juicy Rouge from Lancome and it's a lipstick, but it's ultra glossy like a lip gloss, so it's like the best of both worlds. |

Paul and Joe! Not sticky and lasts (not all day but much longer than your normal gloss). It comes in great colors (all very sheer though) and smells yummy too.  |

I absolutely cannot stand sticky lipglosses! I hate MAC, LOL!
I have tried a ton of glosses (MAC & Laura Mercier win the stickiest award) - and my favorites are Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss, Dior Addict Ultra-Shine Sheer Lipcolor (love the little Dior lip palettes, too), & Bourjois Effet 3D High Shine Lip Gloss. |

| Dior Addict Plastic lipgloss!! It's the only lipgloss i've tried that gives lipstick style coverage and great lasting power. Like all lipglosses, it is sticky when first applied but the stickiness wears off into smooth, soft color. |

I would also have to say the Dior glosses are quite non-sticky & last pretty well. But my fav longwearing glosses are the Guerlain KissKiss one's which are unfortunately fairly sticky, but they really do last for hours!  |

| actually the laura mercier lip glaces are not at all sticky; differnt from the lip glosses I believe? and very pretty. also cargo is not sticky, but doesn't have the best staying power. |

I've been told by SAs that it's hard to get long lasting and non-sticky since the sticky is what helps it last. The MAC lip glass is crazy sticky, but the lip gelee isn't.
Doing a stain or a lipstick underneath might be a good option since you'll still have color when the gloss inevitably wears off. |
