has anyone tried the skin care diet from nvperricon. It looks ok, but all my favourite foods are banned. I would give it a go if anyone had tried it and got a result.

sorry. Basically it's all fresh foods low gi count. I guess it's nothing special just healthy things that are good for the skin and figure. No chocolate or pies or butter etc.I really just wanted to start a thread and that was all I could think of.

well, at least your honest. I just heard today during my lunch break that the raw foods diet is very good for detoxing the system. |

It's got to be better than all those additives. But I love additives. |

Loopylori, you are soooo funny. I'm so glad you are on this board. You have made me smile many times - and many others too, I'm sure. Here's looking at you, kid! |

they did a thing for 3 weeks on low GI foods in the sunday times a month ago. All the recipies looked very nice, but you'd need a chef and a ton of money to do all that stuff |

Those of us in the Uk, did you see "you are what you eat" on tues? It was amazing the difference changing diet had on the lady appearing on the programme. Think she found it hard as she usually eats huge amounts of junk food etc, but she stuck to the healthy eating regime and looked so much better after 8 weeks. Thing is if you really, really enjoy food (like me!) it must be so hard to give up the things we know are bad for us. I dont mind eating fruit and veg etc, but I get far more pleasure from the taste of a nice dessert, or some good cheese and lots of french bread! |
