Hi All

I'm trying to remove hyperpigmentation on my face along with under-eye dark circles and its been an arduous task. I would like to know what products u have found effective for:

(i) dark circles
(ii) facial hyperpigmentation

Please note: I'm in my early twenties, Asian skin type, allergic to hydroquinone and quite sensitive to harsh treatments. Don't want anything invasive or any harsh peels.

Thanks a million Cool

I've found that best eye cream for dark cirles has been the Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue (for me anyway).

To answer your Vit C question - yes it definitely does help with pigmentation issues. Sinceuticals Phyto+ gel is also supposed to be great at fading pigmentation.

Sorry I haven't tried the Emergin C products you've listed so I can't comment on those.

Sweet_girl,

Mabsy has great suggestions. I have been using Skinceutical C+E and phyto + since February this year for the hyperpigmentation problem and I am gradually seeing good results.

I was so impatient in the begining and wanted to see immediate results, but then I realized that the time it took to form hyperpigmentation was long and it must take some time to get rid of it too. I am happier than before. I am seeing some results and I know I will continue to see more improvement. Vitamin C is a good product to resolve the hyperpigmentation problem, but it takes time.

I have been using PTR eye rescue for my dark circle since the end of May. I have been using the product for just a month and have not seen drastic result yet, but I am patient. I will let you know if it works for me when I finish the bottle.

I have not tried the products you mentioned, so I can not comment on them either. However, if they are made by reliable companies and the vitamin c ingredient in the products is the form that human body can absorb topically, they should work too.

Good luck to you.
