The only product that I used long enough (3 yrs) and absolutely sure it worked to firm my face, neck and hooded eye area is Janson Beckett's AlphaDerma and Mineral Prep. I suggest trying the 5 day sample pack before purchasing the full size products. I will be the first to say it is not for everyone.

Good luck. Smile

What product of Valmont are you using for firming?

Also, can someone who uses Valmont give me their take on why their prices are thru the roof.

what about the best skin lifting/firming ingredients (besides DMAE)?

THIS would be very helpful to a lot of older gals who want actives that work and DIY.

Skin Medica Dermal Repair Creme works good to reduce fine lines, even skin tone and make skin smooth and soft. It absorbs fast and the creme texture feels good.

Try egg white.

Use that in your DIY mask - you can feel instant tightening. My mom uses this after she done with her cooking Laughing

I started noticing results about 1.5 to 2 weeks after using it. I have noticed a significant tightening around the jaw line and a lifting at the brow bone.

A question to the girls who use the HA soy lift:
What skin type do you have? is it safe for oily skin?
I have the sample I got with my order and use it on the eye area and love it but am a little afraid of using it on my skin.

When I use it on my oily skin it dosen't feel greasy at all. It dries matte on me & actually felt I needed more moisture in the winter. You have a sample, I'd say give it a try. You'll certainly see if you like the feel of it on your face. BTW, I use it all over at night; it may be too heavy to use during the day on oily skin

Yes and it sinks right in. I have no problems using it twice a day and layering with vit.c or anything else.

Hi, Marina, how long have you been using the HA Soylift, doy you think it has long term cumulative effect?
I have combination skin, i feel that it can be very dry on certain area of my face. Julie told me that this is because it is very potent as she made her soylift 10 times more potent than the usual. she advises to water it down.

You know, I haven't been using it regularly all over my face. I use it on my eyes and neck and believe it has long term effects. I do find that it's hard to spread on my face & since I use matrixyl & other stuff Rolling Eyes ...it's not that it's too moisturizing or greasy..it isn't..it's hard when you're trying to layer though. If you use it by itself or over one serum, it's fine. I am interested about diluting it though (for my face, not my eyes)..did Julie say what you can dilute it with? That would make it easier to work with.
