Does anyone have any recommendations for good calcium supplement that can be easily absorbed by the body and also does not hurt the stomach? I have tried a few kinds of calcium supplements, but they hurt my stomach. I am looking for good ones that do not upset the stomach and can be absorbed easily.

Thanks,

Rose

I really like the Drinkables Coral Calcium (in the vanilla flavor). I did a lot of searching when looking for a good calcium. So many of the supplements are calcium carbonate, which is not absorbable. Coral calcium is absorbable.

I bought it at Wal-Mart, but I checked and there are many online retailers that carry it too.

MakeupDiva and Wildcat,

Thank you both for the info. I heard that coral calcium is good, but have not tried them. I am going to order some.

Wildcat: Have you ordered other products from the site you gave me. Are you happy with their service and products? I order online vitamins from Puritan Pride for years. I don't know if they have Okinowan coral calcium. I will look it up.

Thanks again,

Rose

I'm currency seeing a Naturopathic Doctor and she recommended Calcium Citrate by Thorne Research. I take it with a spoon of Cod Liver Oil by Nordic Naturals.
