I got a LightStim as a result of the hot thread about it several months ago and still use it twice a day, except for the past two weeks straight when I couldn't get to it. I also got an infrared laser for spot treatments, which is less convenient to use.
I noticed two things:
• I think my face was sagging a little after the two-week hiatus. It feels tight now after I started again today.
• I have more age spots - a bunch of new "freckles" across the top of my forehead. That was clear before I started using the infrared treatments. I haven't been out in the sun. I'm not sure if the spots were scheduled to pop up anyway or if they're the result of the light treatments.
I'm wondering if everybody who has been using any home light treatment for three or more months is still using it and still thrilled.
I didn't know about green light for age spots or that the Baby Quasar has three colors of lights. Is that just to make it an all-purpose appliance or do you have to use all three to get the good results and eliminate any bad results each light may have? |

I got spots at the top of my forehead too? Otherwise I'm happy with the lightstim. I use it once a day and are careful to have it just above my skin as heat makes my Rosacea worse. |

Interesting that we both got spots!
I read an ad for a skin bleach in Vogue last week. It said spots, not wrinkles, are what make us look old. This battle is hard to win. |
