My grandma used to use regular tea bags after she made tea as a toner/face cleaner. Tea of any kind esp. green tea is likely good for your skin could possbly act as a bleach also. |

There are quite a few threads here that discuss the benefits of using green tea. It can be used as a toner and its rich in antioxidants which is also good for you! |

I suppose you can use it as a toner but I don't think it can do the cleasing job. |

You can use it as toner, like previous poster said, but I never heard that you can use it as cleaner.
Also, it does contains some color and if someone has a very white skin it would leave a little color on...trust me I tried it as a toner. |

My Grandma used egg whites and oatmeal as a face mask, so why not tea leaves. |
