How many times should you use a peel?
i only use it once a week, but i have heard that some people use it twice a week.
Re peels, i dont mean really strong ones, maybe just the ones you can buy on EDS e.g. Juice Beauty green apple peel (that seems to be the most talked about peel here)
Thanks ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

i think it depend on your skin type.
i am dry skin, i use once a week or thrice two weeks.
if you are oil skin, maybe you can more often. |

If you already expoliate on a regular basis, for example, use BHA or AHA daily, then you shouldn't need to do a peel too often, or skip it at all. |

If you use retinol type products as well you may not need to use a peel, though if you are using CPs then you may want to use one more regularly.
Like helen said, depends on your skin type ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

When I first used my Juice Beauty Peel I loved it so much I started using it twice a week for a while. Since then though i've cut my use right back to around once a month. It all depends on what other products i'm using at the time, how my skin is feeling and whether I actually feel like I need to use a peel type product.
When I used Retin A I was careful not to do too much extra exfoliation but now I just go by how my skin is feeling as to when and how often I use a peel. |

Like everybody says - it depends on your skin and on the strength of the peel AND if you use other exfoliating products (serums scrubs....). |
