I was wondering what Vitamin C serums you all recommend? I currently use Modus Vitamin C and it is 125.00. Need something less expensive but as potent.
Thanks! |

You can make your own cheaply. There are recipes on the DIY thread.
If you're lazy like me, however, these are the ones I've used and really like:
Candessence Triple C Serum (watery texture that sinks in quickly)
Janson Beckett C Serum (more slippery texture)
PSF Vitamin C Serum (sorry, can't remember the type of texture this one had - it's been a while since I used it)
Different people prefer different textures, that's why I've marked each on for you. |

I've used Janson Beckett serum - it's thick and I have to use too much of it, will likely try PSF next, have heard a lot of good things about PSF. |

You should try Cellular Skin Rx C+firming Serum which is Vitamin C 12%. |

Thank you for your suggestions. When I try a new brand which should be within the next 3 weeks I will compare new brand vs. Modus. |

My vote is for Vivier High Potency C 20%. I started using this about 2 weeks back, but so far I like it just as much as the IS Clinical Super Serum I had been using in the fall. With this and the ISC products I've been using, my skin is looking really great. It does feel like it goes on a bit oily (although I don't think there is any oil in it), but it sinks in and gives a nice glow. The other thing I like about it is that I heard it doesn't "turn" as quickly as some of the other brands.
Here's a link to one of the threads that made me decide to try it.

My vote goes to Vivier IDS Kine-C serum
I do NOT like the regular hi-potency Cellex C. There are a few other threads floating around on the forum discussing this topic, with TONS of info |

PSF's and PCA's are both good. But i think PSF is better cos they used L-Ascorbic acid. |
