I have oily/acne prone skin but really want to try out skinceuticals CE serum. I currently use a 15% c serum with no problems but am wondering if CE is ok for my skin type. |

Thanks, for the reply, aside from the oil did it cause you to break out at all? |

Hi sunkissed - Why not sample their AOX serum? I normally use CE+Ferulic but last summer I used AOX Serum 20. This was actually a bit drying for me (probably the lack of E plus 5% more C than I'm accustomed to), so this summer I may try the AOX Serum 15. My skin loves E but it can be a bit too much in summer layered with my relatively oily SS, Avene Emulsion SPF50+.
FYI, the AOX formulae are more watery than those that contain E. But I like that they also contain ferulic acid, so in the end I'm only giving up E when I switch in summer. |

I used to use CE + Ferulic. I think I did not have the problem with it. I have oily skin and live in a tropical area. |
