I am not sure if I am the only one having this problem - I have just crossed 41 last month - I keep a good skin regime, exercise, watch what I eat (sometimes...) - but I seem to be losing weight on my face. I think I look more haggard and the features seem sunken. Yikes!! I have started taking EPO (luv what you guys said about the side effects too) and Silica recently and am hoping these will help. Hey, is there something else I should be doing or I should, as the saying goes, Grow Old gracefully...... Or if you have any cream that plumps up the face, I am all ears
Cheers

Do you find yourself losing weight only on your face? Or you are actually losing weight overall?? |

LOL. grow old gracefully. chuckle, chuckle.
I am 42 and everything face, boobs and other bits are all gravitating towards the floor. But I am kicking and screaming and fighting it all the way. We have been given the knowledge it would be rude not to use it.

Hey Ladies
Bbiz: I have only lost maybe 2 kg since my exercise and am much toned since my weight liftng efforts - I guess you could say I am able to bulk up a bit at shoulders and chest. But, (scratch head) I am wondering if there is something I can do about the face....hmmmm...facial exercises anyone
Lori: Reading your msg makes me smile - I guess you are right - look at it in good humour but do what we can...Hey, I have started on my first bottle of Phytomer's toning bust gel - definitely smoother skin but not sure how many microdegrees of the steep gradient I managed to reduce.... Shall keep at it and let you know.

Now this has me on the floor ladies. I told my husband that these boobs would start moving down wards after 40 every thing started, he tells me to exercise more and to get ride of the belly that’s going south. Why is it that when men have the same problems and women rarely complain. Well I got him good. The other day, when the young stud UPS guy came to deliver a package, I told him now if you could only look like that …… |
