My boyfriend and I are traveling to the UK later this week, and I'm not going to be that skincare-minded while I'm there, but I figure I can go for a few things. I'm already planning on keeping an eye out for the Organic Pharmacy, but does anyone have any particular suggestions other than that? I'm mostly into natural brands so I may see if things like Kimberly Sayer are cheaper over there. Any other in-the-know suggestions would be great! |

We on this side of the Athlantic think that the States are so much cheaper and now with the dollar unless you are into Boots No 7 which is very good. Have a great trip |

Heh, that's what I thought for the most part, but I'll definitely have to stop at goold ole Boots! And Marks and Spencer too for underwear, but that's a whole different thread! Thanks. |

Hi
As far as I'm aware Organic Pharmacy aren't available to buy in shops so you will have problems finding that. As to other lines, well because your dollar is so weak against our pound at the mo everything is probably double the price over here so not so good for your shopping trips.
There's Neals Yard Remedies, Lush and Liz Earle which now has a shop in London and I highly recommend their products.
Hope that helps. |

Hee, thanks! I had heard from someone on EDS that there was an Organic Pharmacy store on Oxford Street - I'll check it out since we're staying near there anyway, and I'll have to look up that Liz Earle store, I've heard such great things!
I'm sort of on vacation, but sort of not - my mum's English and my uncle is having a big anniversary party which turned into a sort of family reunion, so my boyfriend and I are flying out so he can meet my clan, and then we're off to Edinburgh and then London to do some vacationing sans family. Not a TON of time for shopping, but if I do my research and know what to look out for... |

Hee - thanks, I will! I appreciate all the suggestions. Dear Boyfriend will have to find a British videogame shop while I buy my skincare! |
