Hi.. i have mild hyper pigmentation to my face , and i have read the reviews on "super cop x2" but i want to know how often do you use it? do you use it in conjunction with a exfoliator ? if so can anyone recommend one for me, and also can i still use my vitamin c serum? |

I'd also love some information on the supercop x2 serum. My hyperpigmentation seems to be getting worse by the day. I have been using the P & R Classic Cream from dianayvonne.com, but all it is doing is turning my face red and flaky. Any recommendations? |

rachael68-
Is it similiar to melasma?
And how did you get it? Sun, hormone inbalance, etc.... |

I haven't used copper peptides for hyperpigmentation, but I have used vitamin c serum and retinaldehyde which have worked quite well for me. My sundamage is dramatically reduced. Of course, sunscreen is a must to protect the gains and prevent new damage.
Unfortunately, these don't work quickly--for me, seeing results took quite a while. Months in fact. But patience was rewarded. |

Retinaldehyde is on OTC retinoid that most people think is better than retinol (though less effective than prescription retin A). Avene makes several versions of it: Diacneal, Ystheal, Eluage, and Retrinal. I use Ystheal myself; I think Retrinal is only sold in North America and the others are European. |

No, the Avene products (Diacneal, etc.) are all easily available in Canada - I've seen them at Shoppers Drug Mart and London Drugs |

I don't understand. I've been using Vitamin C 23% - 25% potency for about 3 years and I still have pigmentation spots... and they're not getting better
Time to pull out the big guns. What is the strongest way to get rid of spots? |
