Have any of u noticed that when u r choosing foundation shades, it seems that u can wear many shades too? For example, I can go with neutral or warm? A shade lighter or darker. IT seems watever shade I wear doesn't seem to make much of a difference too. I'm really confused. I can tell a slight difference but only noticeable to me only and no one else. Is it just me?? Neutral

Im pretty new to MMU and have only ordered samples from two companies, and most of the shades that I ordered seem to match my skin tone!

Its confusing because I always read that you should use a bit of foundation on your jawline and see if it "dissappears" in natural light...and I have and ALL the shades I've used seem to dissappear!

Really annoying Mad !

I wonder how makeup experts or artists know which shade to use on their clients???

yeah "yeahyeah", that's exactly what I'm experiencing too. I ordered some MMU samples from a few different company. And most of them seem to match my skintone. I guess sticking with a neutral tone will be the best bet?

I went through quite an extensive testing process with Alima samples some time back, doing many half face tests for comparison. And a lot of them I could get away with. Strangely, the only shades I couldn't wear were the neutrals - cools and warms both worked, but the neutrals looked weird.

After all that, I still can't decide between W1 and W2!
