to use or not to use ...
I will be just starting CP's as soon as the package arrives . Next Tuesday I go in for deep microdermabrasion on my chin -- icky lines around my mouth, but particularly on the sides and chin.
Can I still use CP's or wait until the derm heals?
A little advice? |

kd, I know CP's are recommended after a peel to help with the healing. I would guess it would be the same concept with the microdermabrasion and would actually be good to use to help in the healing process. |

I use CPs for all kinds of wound healing and when I combine with emu my skin heals much faster. Good luck with the MD and those pesky lines! |

I buy ultra emu in bulk from lbprocessors.com. There has been some discussion here (I think Molly brought it up?) that says that the more unrefined emu is the better. I may try the UK seller she recommended next time, because even in bulk ultra is very expensive. |

I looked at the site and then googled emu oil and unrefined emu oil. What's the site in the UK? and what's the difference between all of the sites and what's the difference between ultra and 100% pure ...
wait! Stop me!!! Too many questions ...
Thank you for your help.

In the library there is an info post on the different emus, it's not exhaustive but it has info on the difference between the regular, clear and ultra. Can't remember the name of the site Molly mentioned - had bookmarked it but lost all my bookmarks! |

Use the CPs right away. The two things work together--the microdermabrasion "damages" the skin in a controlled way stimulating a healing action, and the CPs go deep into the skin because of the "damage." |

Treatment went very well and there was no pain. Started using the CP's a few days after the treatment and the healing was sped up significantly.
Thanks for the info! |
