I had a light TCA peel and since have noticed that my lower lid (right under my lower eye lash) is more wrinkly when I smile. Is that what crepiness is and if so, can it be caused by a peel?
Would the PSF cranberry eye lift help this?
Thanks

I'm no expert, but maybe something moisturising might help if the peel has caused dehydration? |

I wouldn't recommend the PSF cranberry eyelift for that. I would, however, recommend the PSF Super Hydrating Eye Treatment - that or the PSF StimuColl-C Intensive Eye Serum. The Cranberry Eyelift is a great product, just not for the problem you're describing...
Don't worry - just apply a good product twice a day and it will be fine in no time. |

That happened to me before, its like my eyelids aged overnight. It was caused by some minor irritations from the product I used. The creepiness is temporary, are you seeing any flakiness on the eyelids? Once the flakiness is gone your skin should go back to normal. I wouldn't worry too much for now, just use some gentle eye cream or skip it altogether. Good luck. |

thanks for your replies. the wrinkly stuff is on the skin under my eye...is it still considered a lid? anyway, i had the tca a few months ago, so this isn't a recent issue. hopefully something will work |

Renee, I hope you don't mind me resurrecting this post but I just wanted to say that I too am experiancing this after doing a TCA peel on my under eye area. It seems that while I have reduced many of the deeper fine lines on my under eye area I am left with this more crepy look which is a little annoying. I did this peel about 4 weeks ago now so I have peeled fully. I hope that this look subsides in the future. I am also using Retin A in my under eye area to treat syringoma so perhaps the skin is just quite thined out at the moment?
Did you ever find something to help with this or did things just get back to normal after a little time?
Thanks,
