Hi ladies,
I am 38 years old, and although I have been using various moisturizers, I am such an amateur when it comes to taking care of my skin. Now that I am noticing my first lines I want to start a skincare regimen that I would follow religiously. I am a new member, and I have been reading a lot of posts about various products since yesterday. I would really Really! appreciate if somebody would help me to identify what products I should be using, what are the best products in the market for a combination skin. I also want to use a anti wrinkle cream, I have been reading about OHT Peptide 3.
I thank you in advance and appreciate your time.

Since you're just starting to build a regime, I would recommend you add a Vitamin C serum to your morning routine. |

I would highly recommend Remergent Barrier Repair and SPF30 sunscreen in the am and Remergent DNA Repair followed by Barrier Repair in the pm. It is a simple routine and would really benefit your age group. |

I recommend Alpha Hydrox AHA Souffle 12% Glycolic AHA.
I can honestly say that this's the best one I have found. It makes my face noticeably better and the price is reasonable Do not go into the sun when you are using it. You can go but your skin will burn very quickly. Give it a try. ![Wink](images/smiles/wink.gif) |

I think if you have the following staples incorporated into your routine it should be a good start.
some type of exfoliant, whether chemical via aha/bha or manual via microdermabrasion.
Vitamin C
Retin a - some type of retinol product
Serum - so many to choose from - depends on your skin type
Moisturizer - again so many choices, so little time. I think it depends on your skin type
sunscreen - everyday rain or shine! |

I second the motion... For people who are past 30's should start using vitamin c on their skin, very very important

if you are in the sun mostly i would not recommend retinol based products because you would end up having negative/worse effects. |
