I have been wishing for a shampoo that does what this one does forever. Finally, I ran into a beauty-savvy friend who works on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, she took one look at my hair and said you need Senscience Volume Shampoo for fine/limp/fragile hair (now I am reading off the bottle). She praised it so highly and was herself carrying a shampoo from there, so I went to Bravco on Oak Street, a tiny, crowded place with all kinds of hair stuff slightly discounted, but they were out of it. I was just moving to Seattle for 5 months, so it took me a while to locate it at Northgate Ulta. But it really is fantastic! My hair was falling out, my scalp itched, my hairdo was flat, none of my usuals, (Rene Furterer, Fekkai, Kerastase, nothing, worked. I see after studying the ingredients and yes it has SLS's, but for the first time in a very long time my hair is fluffy, ladies, it behaves with a little wave just where I want it, I have a hairdo that I LIKE. I did not get the Conditioner and don't know if I will. I'm still loving Philip Pelusi Modiphy Body Building liquid mousse that manslayerliz found. So between one friend in reality and one virtual EDS one my hair finally makes me happy rather than aggravated. Try it, if you need volume.
