Hi i just received the clarisonic pro. I would appreciate any tips on how to use it. My skin is very congested and dry.
I was also wondering which cleanser is best with it?. Thank you. ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

The only tip I would give it so start slow. I went gung ho with it at first, using it twice a day, every day, and my skin was to parched looking after that! I think any liquid cleanser you like can be used with the Clarisonic. |

Someone else just started a thread on the cleansers for the Clarisonic here:

I now like a thick creamy cleanser when I use mine - gives a gentler scrub. I initially used gel cleansers but after using Retin A my skin is more sensitive. You may have to experiment a bit with yours. I also agree with rileygirl - best to use it just once a day to see how your skin reacts in the beginning.
Good luck - you're going to love it! |

Does the clarisonic Pro brush body and the charger get very warm (almost bordering hot) when charging?
I have just bought mine off ebay and unfortunately had to get a voltage transformer for it as it wasn't the universal charger model (bad experience with the seller telling me wrong info) and I live in Australia and need to step the voltage down to 120v to use it.
The first green light on the indicator is flashing so I take it that it is charging correctly. I'm just a bit concerned about the heat. I've been charging it for 1 hr and it gets pretty hot. Is this normal? or is this extra heat caused by using a transformer?
Any information and clarifications is greatly appreciated!! |
