I just eggs! Everyone in my family does! If we didn't fancy anything my mum cooked for dinner we'd just whip up something with eggs. Even now, I still turn to eggs if I don't feel like cooking.
I love mine scrambled with cheese! Mmm, yum yum! I also like mushroom omellets. But I hate them half boiled.
How do you like yours? |

I usually have my eggs sunny-side up. But now you all have me craving an egg sandwich. My mom used to make them for me; it's been years since I've had one -- way too long! |

When I first looked at this thread I thought it said 'how do you like your legs'
...I like my eggs fresh from the chicken, then scrambled. My aunt raises chickens and I didn't realize how long eggs actually last when you get them straight from the chicken's bum. She said you could probably even leave them out for month and they would still be good?! |

I'm a scrambled girl (in more ways than one! ) I like plain scrambled, scrambling stuff into the eggs (veggies, etc.) and making scrambled egg sandwiches -- which DH just rolls his eyes at like this |

These are the ways I like my eggs:
(1) Scrambled with a layer of salsa over top
(2) Scrambled with cheese
(3) Omelettes with cheese, bacon, onions and mushrooms (yum!)
(4) Over easy with buttered toast to soak up the runny yolk (yum!)
(5) Hard boiled (so portable!)
Wow, I guess I like eggs better than I thought I did! |

Mmmmmmmmmmmm eggs! Yum! It was too hard for me to vote on this one as I love my eggs in many ways. If I'm in a hurry or am feeling lazy then I like them Sunny Side Up (I like dipping bread into the sunny yolk. ) or Scrambled. When I'm feeling creative, I'll make myself an inventive and colourful Frittata with cheese and veggies and mushrooms. So good. Of course there is always the ever so popular Egg Salad sandwich with creamy mayonnaise. Works perfectly with all kinds of breads including tortilla wraps. Bolied eggs are always great - eat them plain or cut them into quarters, season with salt and pepper, and maybe even some cayenne to heat things up, and drizzle with some olive oil. And who can forget the perfect pic nic food - Deviled Eggs! My ultimate egg delight (and perfect brunch option) would have to be Eggs Hollandaise - poached eggs with a yummy spicy hollandaise sauce on halved English muffins over top a filet of smoked salmon. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. See I told you I love eggs. Glad I already had some for dinner. |

OMG, I LOVE eggs! I've just been happy as a clam now that cage-free organic eggs are so easy to buy here in the US!! I think my all-time fave would be deviled eggs--- you ladies don't even WANT to know how many of those suckers I can down in one sitting... |

I love eggs! I love them in any way possible as long as the yoke isn't too dried. |
