Has anyone ever tried the bountiful breast suppliments that are available in the U.S. If so have you found them effective??

I used to do a bit of reading on natural breast enhancement forums, and that product was mentioned very often.

From what I have read, they seem to cause that 'tingling' sensation for many people, but with no significant growing.
There's dozens of different products registered under different names but with essentially the same ingredients, so you have to do your reading up! |

| Does this thing really work? I know some treatment to lift up temporarily but haven't find any product that can make them bigger. |

There's like a strange sort of two worlds that divides women who want to enhance their breasts.
One is obviously the plastic surgery clan. And the other is taking a natural approach using herbs/massage/ and something called 'dowsing'.
Too bad there is very little scientifically supported studies on the ability of herbs to cause a rise in oestrogen levels and cause breast enhancement. But from reading feedback and questions on the forums, only the regular members or admins have experienced 'growth'.. A lot just get that tingling feeling and nothing else.

About 2 years ago, I fell for the Breast enhancement supplement ads on the internet. After nursing 3 children, I wanted firmer fuller breasts. I at least wanted them to look firmer and fuller like they were in my youth. I ended up ordering the breast enhancement supplements. I don't remember the name, but the capsules contained Fenugreek and a couple of other key ingredients that were supposed to work. Also it included directions for a topical massage treatment to do regularly in conjunction with taking the supplements daily. I followed directions as directed for a couple months. It didn't work. It was a waste of money. I even asked my OBGYN if supplements work... she said "NO" only implants work. Please save your money ladies. You're better off saving money for implants cause the "oral" stuff doesn't produce the desired results. Plus, you're shelling out $$$ hoping for results. I eventually stopped taking the supplements and I ended up investing in a push-up bra.

Hi Faith
I have read on those natural breast enhancement forums that some ladies.. especially those who have had children (or have B+ cups) had good results with Brava.. but was very uncomfortable to use - it involves some sort of clamp contraption that goes on at night? |

| Yeah...looks kind of like a bra, and you have to wear it at least 10 hours a day, for at least 10 weeks. Pretty interesting!! |

| Well, I'm convinced that my yoga practice has enhanced my breasts. I am 35 and there's no other explanation for it. Not much, but a big difference on my frame. I went from barely filling out my 34A's to sometimes needing a 34B. They are firm and full. It's really quite something. My guess is that it's related to yoga's benefits - it helps to reverse the "inertia" that haunts us all, builds upper body strength (a weakness for women), and improves your posture. Not to mention that yoga is the only thing that keeps me sane. Just a thought for some of you who are thinking about trying yoga. |

Hey Girls,
I tried Brava before (well before having my baby) and it did not work. I also took ISIS natural supplements and they did not work. Maybe b/c I was naturally a smaller busted woman. Now that I'm breastfeeding my breasts are the biggest they have been, a full B. I heard that after I stop breastfeeding my boobs will get small again. Anyway, re: Brava, I would rather spend the money on a boob job later than have spent the $2K on it |

I have to admit I tried the oral bust enhancers and I had really bizarre results. 
My bust is VERY flat, I have to look really hard to find a bra that won't look ridiculous on me and while everyone always suggest a push-up bra, it can't work if there is nothing to push up!!! 
Anyway, I took these pills as recommended and after a couple of weeks my left breast started filling up (that was always the bigger one) and then a week later my right one followed. My best friend even noticed the difference and thought it was really working! There was even that painful feeling I used to get when I was a teenager and they were growing (barely!). So it was all great and fine but then soon after, I started getting HORRIBLE breakouts on my face (and I always had very clear skin, even through my teenage years). After about a week of my skin looking worse and worse and getting more disguisting, I realised it might have something to do with the pills I was taking.
It makes sense, if there was something in there that made my boobs grow, it must have spurred my hormones and that's probably where the pimples came for. So I stopped taking the pills as soon as I made that connection and it took a few weeks for my face to start clearing up (I guess the pill ingredients were still in my system).
Ever since then, for a couple of years now, I had crappy "problem" skin until I started using Dr. H about a month ago and thank heavens my skin is looking perfect again!
By the way, thanks LandB, that really motivated me to get back into Yoga!! |

That makes sense to me. I took an adrenal gland supplement which worked GREAT for my energy level, sleep, etc., but made my face break out so I had to stop using it. I attributed it to the Zinc in the supplement -- but I wonder if it was the hormonal gland supplement part?
I'm interested in these breast enhancement pills. Since I lost weight I have gone from a very full 38DD to a 36 not so full DD. I know it may not seem like much, but I really miss the fullness on the top of my breasts that came with the weight gain. I was a 36C most of my normal weight life, so I'm hoping I can keep these DDs!!! |

| I remember reading a thread last year (can't remember which one, sorry) where people mentioned that taking Evening Primrose Oil had increased their bust size, better to try that, because at least there is other benefits from it, if it doesn't work. |

| I think the type of supplement you take depends on your underlying hormonal situation. Some women are oestrogen dominant, while others are testosterone dominant (likely if you have PCOS) and the various herbs and supplements that have oestrogenic effects may not be suitable for those already with an imbalance. |

| If supplements work based on enhanced estrogenic effects, that would be worrisome, since many forms of breast cancer are estrogen sensitive. Something to consider... |

My breasts always seem to hurt, so I started taking breast enhancers to see if they would help with the pain. (I was worried that I might have a lump in my breasts, but I just recently had an ultrasound, and, no lumps!  )
It does appear that my breasts are growing. My right one is almost always bigger than my left one, but now the left one has caught up.
Of course, it might be several different factors. My breasts might still be growing, since large breasts kind of run in my family. (Also, the doc said that I probably am experiencing cystic fibrosis, which is change in the breasts.) Also, I do upper-body weight lifting, which helps. It *could* be my birth control pills. Or, it *could* be the supplements. It does seem as if I've seen the growth since I've taken the supplements. My breasts do seem heavier and more firm.
The name of my supplement is Mamarapril, which I ordered from eBay. I have noticed that the pain has decreased since I've started taking it. My husband doesn't know I'm taking it -- he worries about my supplement-taking -- and he said last week that my breasts seem larger.

I did Brava. If you search this forum, you can find my comments on it from about a year ago or so. It works very marginally. Don't waste your thousands on it for sure. The herbs will make you gain weight everywhere else. I remember taking these when I was like 18 and gained 10 pound because of those pills, stopped taking them and it came right off. Just don't do it.
The only thing that really works is surgery and lots and LOTS of pushups so you can make your boobs dance! (I think some people know what I'm talking about, where you can pop each breast up seperately because of the muscle underneith, it amuses me endlessly )  |

| I tried Bountiful Breast, (I actually just ran out of my bottle about 2 weeks ago!) I took it for 4 1/2 months, exactly as directed and I am a bit dissatisfied with the results. I wouldnt say it was a complete waste of money.. they did fill out a little bit.. they are about half a cup size bigger than before I started taking them but I dont know if maybe my breasts got a little bigger because I put on about 5 pounds while taking the pills. I've been thinking about buying more and taking them for the suggested 9 months to a year but theyre not cheap, about $320 for 3 months (+1 1/2 month free). Anyway, if I buy more Ill post an update. |
