Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for me.
I have an acne scar on my upper lip that won't seem to go away. It's been there since March of this year and now it's July! Yes, I admit I am guilty of picking at it and that is partly why it is still there. It seems this area of my upper lip constantly has blackheads and in the scar are a couple of new blackheads which I think are causing it to remain red and not go away.
I went to the dermatologist and he gave me Desonide cream to apply twice daily for two weeks. So far, it's been one week and it isn't looking any better.
I appreciate any and all ideas!
Thanks so much! |

I think you should just continue the treatment from your dermatologist and, depending on how long the dermatologist told you to use his cream, if it does not get any better then go back to your dermatologist and discuss it with him. |

I have had some scars stay for several months, up to a year before they finally faded.
Jan Marini Bioclear has helped some of mine, but there are stubborn ones that are taking longer. |

The most inexpensive remedy is natural set yoghurt. |
