Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone is using bamboo? I have read that it produces collagen for skin etc. I want to break down some fat on my chin/nose and to firm my complexion, now I have read already that facial exercises will work. But which essential oil would be good for breaking down the fat on some face parts and firming it. BTW. what is the name of Carol Maggio DVD. Also does it come w/ translation in other languages?

Carole Maggio DVD has the same name as her book "Facercise". She also has another Advanced Facercise DVD. You can get those on her web site facercise. com

You might want to look into another facial exercise program FlexEffect by Deborah Crowley. She also has a book and DVD that can be purchased on her web site flexeffect. com

FlexEffect is more complex and involved than Facercise, but also seems to be more effective. I bought both programs, and use a couple Facercise exercises, but focuce primarily on FlexEffect.

The only thing that I use bamboo for is an exfoliating ingredient in Fresh's Honey Face Polish, and it works quite well.

Ok, thx alot. I will take a look at the website. I hope that the dvd has a translation w/ it in Dutch, so it will be easier for me to follow. That is why I rather want a dvd than a book.

Thx for replying. Hmm, I was looking for taking it on the inside, but never mind. I really think that by body is full of toxins, but don""t know how to detox it w/out loosing any important minerals etc. I am already underfeated. I have heard that wheat grass is good to provide you from all minerals and stuff, but don"t know where to get it here in the Netherlands. We do have Green Magma here, but don"t know how effective it is. Are there any supporting supplements for the liver, kidney and other parts in the body, I have heard Mariadistel is good, but is it save? TIA.
