Hi, All. I have been using the JB Alpha Derma CE and LOVE it
However, I discovered that JB is a sub-company of Reviva. The Reviva products are FAR LESS expensive than the JB brand products.
So, I tried to get data to compare the ingredients, but Reviva does not provide the detailed info that JB does. (Note that the JB site compares its Alpha Derma CE with many other similar products, but NOT with Reviva's 'alpha lipoic acid plus C ester and DMAE.')
Can anybody help me figure out if the two products [and others] are really the same? Why pay more for a fancy web site if the same company makes both sets of products??? |

Thanks, Debster.
So, here's a highly subjective question: do you think that ingredient is worth the $$ difference ?? |

I've tried both and find JB to be more effective for my skin. Once I noticed the difference, I relagated Reviva product to my hands |

From my understanding Janson Beckett Products have higher percentages of actives and a different formulation . Reviva is the parent company to Janson Beckett. The owner of Janson Beckett is the son of Reviva's owner. JB started manufacturing their own products several years ago. I really can't compare as I have used only Janson Beckett products. |

I guess the only way to find out is let your skin decides which works better. Thanks for bring this topic up, I wasn't aware of Reviva before. Now I am thinking I might start with Reviva first before I try JB's. |

Well, that's very sensible, and you are more than welcome . I guess I might try the Reviva on my hands while sticking with the JB for my face and neck. If it seems equally good, I'll switch to the Reviva. |
