Hi all
I have been purchasing off strawberry net for years. Spent a fortune, recently I bought foundation (la prairie) and I have noticed that it is not the exact colour of the one that I had used before (bought in Ireland). i am now wondering if strawberry net products are authentic.
Has anyone else bought off them.

I've bought from them before but nowadays tend to only buy perfumes there. I think opinions are divided on whether some of the products are authentic or not. I always thought they were but have read many comments otherwise. Still, I think in general these are just opinions without much proof behind them.
I've never had any problems with the perfume and it has always smelt exactly what it should smell like. In terms of variation in foundation colours - how long has it been since you bought the equivalent in Europe? Perhaps they did actually slightly change? Just grasping at straws here... |

I've bought La Prairie products from Strawberry net before and i've never had any problems. In regard to foundations, maybe it was just a off batch, i've had that before when buying a tube of my regular foundation from an online source or some airport duty free maybe, a slight variation in shade wouldn't bother me too much but how about the texture and the packaging?? Personally i think they're safe but that's just my experience. |

I've only had good experiences shopping with them and never had any reason to doubt the autenticity of their products. |

I have had at least 50 orders with SN over the past few years and everything has always been perfect! If you have any concerns customer service is wonderful just email them.
What I have found with foundations is if there is any change in the formula such as adding a higher SPF there will be a change in the color of the foundation as well. This happened to me when LP added SPF to their original foundation about 8 years ago and the same one I had been using had more of an ashy tone to it with the addition of SPF.
I certainly would have no concerns with SN! |

I've ordered from them now and then over the years. I believe the products are authentic, maybe just not always the freshest! |

I've ordered from StrawberryNet many times, and have never had a problem. I believe everything I've received to have been authentic. (Customer service is good, too.) |

It must be just the batch of foundation, I have ordered lots of products from them before and never had a problem. I have always had grt service from them but the foundation i bought was a completely different colour from the one I bought in the shop which led me to believe that there might be a problem.
good to get your comments. |
