Can any one tell what the benefit is in using a vit c cream. I am currently using Cellcosmet and there is no vit C in their creams. Should I be using one and if so which one.
I am 39 and worried about fine lines around my eyes. |

It's an antioxidant (fights free radicals) and provides a bit of sun protection, the benefits are more long term than immediate, can brighten complexion, may boost collagen production.
Vitamin C must be stable to be effective. Good brands are: Vivier, SkinMedica, Skinceuticals and LaRoche Posay (they have C eyecream also).
Depends on your skin type as to which formulation may suit you. Vitamin C is a good preventative. |
