Have been experimenting with balm cleansers, as some of you might know from my last post. I have been loving Liz Earle. I recently tried Eve Lom, and found it very drying on my dry skin! Has anyone else had this problem with Eve? Thanks! |

I did not find Eve Lom drying, but I did not like it at all. Amanda Lacey is my favorite. |

I use A'kin Rose & Geranium Pure Creamy Cleanser & Toner in One as a balm cleanser. It has a great texture for this, works well, smells gorgeous and leaves skin feeling lovely and soft, not dry and tight at all. (And I have pretty dry skin.) |

Majorb - can you use the Akin cleanser over your eyes, like with Cleanse and Polish?
I've tried the Burts Bees Orange and the Molton Brown Rosewax cleansers but they both stung my eyes like mad when i tried to take my eye makeup off.
Thanks! |

I'd like to know that answer too. I can use Liz Earle over my eyes, no problem. But with the Eve Lom, my eyes got blurry. Can you use the A'kin over your eyes? |

I have used Eve Lom but didn't really feel clean after using it for some reason. My face felt dry in patches and greasy in others, it is definately one that will be given away.
I read great reviews about this in magazines but unfortunately for me it didn't leave me wanting to buy it again. |

Did you follow the cleasing instruction completely? It is strage that you feel oily and dry in different area of your skin. |

I think so, the only think is I lost the muslin cloth and bought similar ones in a baby shop to use. |
