I have that my face is too dry and causing some fine lines. I have already using emu oil and PSF HA serum , both of them are v.good, but I also want to find a super hydrating essence. Any idea?

Not technically a serum but I have used Dr. H day cream in winter, when the heat gets to my skin, under another moisturizer (Dr. H rose cream).

How are you using HA Serum? Hyaluronic Acid is great for sealing in moisture. However, you have to apply a moisturizer over it or it can be drying. Just something to consider. Perhaps other forum members can comment more on this.

Agent OO-CAT has a great suggestion. Dr. H's Rose Day Cream is is a lovely moisturizer.

Definitely need a moisturizer on top of HA serum, hyaluronic acid needs moisture to draw from/in.

When you say "essence", I think of Decleor! Have you tried the Decleor Nutri-Delice? It's very moisturizing, the one in the tube if you are normal to dry, the one in the jar if you are VERY dry!

Thx for the suggestion. I am currently using PSF HA serum, I have put some cream after the HA serum but I still think it's not moisture enough Since my skin feel pain when it's too dry. I have tried Dr.H rose cream's sample, but i don't like the texture. Any more suggestion.

carforum,

It's not a serum, but during the dry Canadian winters, I use B Kamins booster treatment creams, day and night. They are for extra dry skin and really do work. A bit pricey, but a jar lasts for a long time.

You can try Guerlain's Super Aqua-Serum. It's their star product. I love it very much. It leaves the skin well hydrated for hours. In fact, I only use it at night.

I would recommend any of Decleor's oil - depending on your skin type. They can be combined with any other brand's moisturiser.

I love some of the B Kamins stuff. I have the Maple treatment night cream, which looks like vaseline. They have a Maple treatment sunscreen as well. I use my Remergent DNA then put the Night cream over after the DNA serum has a chance to sink in.

Rufus,

The night cream really is moisturizing isn't it?
I also like the day cream which has an SPF of 15, and if I'm going to be spending time in the sun, I use the Sunbar which has an SPF of 48. Good stuff. Very Happy

Yes it sure is. I have a few samples of the Maple treatment sunscreen and like that as well. Usually I go with the B Kamins matte sunscreen because it's summer. All the samples I had of the Sunbar I give to a friend cause I can't use it. I hear that B Kamins is coming out with a concealer for those with Rosacea. That I'll try when it's available.

I've been using Coromega Fish Oil orally for years and swear it keeps my skin plumped and moist. Tried going off it and sure noticed a difference.

Also, MSM 1000mg/day by mouth
Vitamin C 1000mg/day " "
Hyaluronic acid 1000mg/day " "
Beta-glucans in the form of Epicor 1cap/day by mouth.
Lots of pure water.
Sunscreen.

This combination has made my hair and nails grow - TOO MUCH!!! I have to file my nails every other day or they bug me! They are like iron too, where previously they peeled and tore.
