My younger brother is getting really upset about his face. He has blackheads on his nose and cheek.I was wondering how I could help him to get rid of it?
Can you recommend product that help get rid of blackhead? or Please suggest a home remedy for removing the blackheads.
TIA |

I heard that using a treatment that contains salicylic or glycolic acid should help with blackheads. My friend recommended that i try Kiehls blue herbal spot treatment which is apparently good on both blackheads and whiteheads.
I also heard that having a few treatments of microdermabrasion would help aswell

Seems that salicylic acid is the key ingredient. Perhaps try a few aspirin masks. |

First thing first, my friend
First of all, tell your brother not to touch his face with his hands (use tissue whenever);
Don't use soap at all, but use a good face foam wash/cleanser;
Use a good toner, for ph balance of skin.
ocassionally, steam his face to open the pores, then use warm water with face foam wash, then, massage face gently with this mixture.
then toner, and then dab a little moisturizer.
(use your own face towels...)
You have to do this for a couple of months.... you will see the difference....
I hope this helps.... (let me know the results in a couple of months! )

Ya, this has certainly been a popular topic lately, I think it may because of the full moon?
Here's a few recent threads Jira, hope they'll be enough to get you started!

Jira, it was deleted because we're not supposed to talk about product from home-based businesses, although I still don't understand quite what defines home based skincare. I use quite a few products from these cottage industries but will only be able to discuss it via PM. There's a link in the DIY section that explains why.

A retinol product (such as Afirm) will help make it easier to loosen them and dislodge them...
The ones on my nose are the most stubbord and after using my Afirm cream every second night for a week, they usually come right out without too much coaxing... |
