Hi, looking to stock up on physical sunscreens for the summer and I ran into this product. I really like the ingredients, although I wouldn't be able to use this on my face. Has anyone tried this line? It's a little spendy, considering that I'll be using this on legs, arms, and everywhere BUT my face.
TIA!
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS for spf 15, 30
* Titanium Dioxide
* Zinc Oxide
OTHER NATURAL INGREDIENTS
* Sunflower Oil
* Green Tea Extract
* Coconut Oil
* Almond Oil
* Lanolin
* Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin-E)
* Eucalyptus Oil
* Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin-C) |

I love Mexitan. I just got the SPF 30 and its really light. I thought it would be heavy and I was very surprised. I use it on my face and it sinks right in and doesnt give you a ghost look at all. I was looking for a natural sunblock, and one that doesnt use nano technology, since there is quite some controversy about molecules this tiny being absorbed and possible leading to brain cell damage. Mexitan does not use nano particles. It is micronized enough to blend in nicely w/o white residue, yet large enough not to be absorbed. The SPF 30 has 6.5% each zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. |

Hi Monica, thanks for sharing! What kind of skintype do you have? I opted not to get this because coconut, almond, vit E oils nad lanolin would certainly have clogged pores on my face but otherwise this sounds perfect for use on arms and legs. |

I know - I thought it would be kinda heavy too, but it was the only one I found that was all natural.
BUT it is REALLY light!!! The lightest I have ever put on.
I have no problem using it on my face which is normal, not dry, not oily.
