My body was quite weak when I was young. So My father led me morning running every morning for more than 5 years. My thigh muscle became very big and strong like a man. Even after more than 10 years without any exercises, my thigh muscle is still very big and hard.
The half top of my body is actually quite slim, and I always buy my clothes in the smallest size. However, the other half of my body is quite strong which doesn't match the top. I have to buy the midium size pants.
I am quite unsatisfied with my strong and big thighs. If I want to reduce the size of my thighs, I think the first thing I have to do is to make the muscle cells smaller and small, then I reduce the fat in my thighs.
So I wonder if there is such kind of body cream that can relax this kind of muscle, so that those muscle cells can become smaller and smaller untill it is normal like without any hard training?
Maybe it sounds quite rediculous for some of you. But I really really like to have a pair of slim legs. And I am so jealous those girls that have a pair of slim legs with short skirts.
I don't know if there is this kind of cream, or only some surgery can help. But I notice that Teri Hatcher, the one who plays in Desperate Housewives, had a pair of quite strong thighs with big muscle in her previous movies. But now when I saw her in Desperate Housewives, her thighs are so slim which makes her whole legs so beautiful. Spicy Girl Victoria Beckham had quite big thighs too before. I guess they were muscle and fat together. But now her legs are almost perfect.
Do you think they use some kind of cream plugs massage, or doing operation, to reduce the sizes of their legs? |

Pilates comes to mind. I have heard that Pilates creates long, lean muscles. Perhaps a forum member that does Pilates can comment more on this. |

I don't do Pilates at the present time but seriously considering it. If you Google Pilates you will find hours of reading on the subject.
Recently I saw a Pilates machine on QVC. I am thinking about purchasing it but want to get more feedback. Perhaps I would be better buying somes videos. |
