Hi winnie,
I need your help as to how to use the bq. I got mine yesterday and have been using the green light only.
The bq did not come with a book.
I heard in order to get best results you must use all the lights red , orange and green.
can you please tell me in which order do i do this?
thank you so much

Although I am not Winnie, I would like to suggest that you might call the Baby Q customer service and they will address your issues/concerns and design a regime just for you. They have been very helpful in coming up with custom made plans to fit your skin needs, at least for me. |

Hi Lily - Winnie is currently on a well deserved holiday and mentioned she would have no internet access. I'm sure she'll get back to you when she returns later in the week. |

Yes, I am still very happy with it. I used it just last night, full regime. I find it works better for me using it less often now, more as a maintenance. I used to used it every 3-4 days, overkill I think.
Winnie-hope you enjoy that vacation. |

Hi Lily,
I agree with AnnieR. You should call customer service. We all have different issues we are addressing. I started using the BQ for pain management after foot surgery. Just recently I had to pry it out of my daughters hands to start using it again on my face. Sorry, but I can't find the directions. Personally, I have been using it on all three modes. I start with the orange (blinking), 2. Red, 3. Green (on difficult areas). The BQ beeps to remind you to go to the next section of your face.

Havana8-that is great you were able to weed that out! You aren't perhaps a research assistant?
I use mine the way Winnie describes. I find the whole routine relaxes me and I am not doing it that often so I make the time while watching a movie. I wanted to add that I also use it on my neck and chest. I don't know how many people do, but it takes longer. |

this one might be better as Maria51va put much of the routine info here into a new thread separate from that long cumbersome one...
