I was very pleased with my 4th place finish. Another trophy for the book shelf. We had fun and got in great shape and that is what it's all about for me. In the trophy presentation I am on the far right side. My friend with the big trophy for 1st place is "Carlos" who also trains at our Gold's Gym in Mesa, AZ.

No Chocolat, it would not be "tacky" at all to say "Nice Ass"! The whole point of all of this is to build your body parts and muscle groups to the best that they can be. If you think you see a "Nice Ass", then by all means shout it out! The audience at these shows always do!
Thanks for the kind words everyone, and thanks for letting me share Sandy and my adventure with all of you. I'll tell you, it did help knowing that a lot of you were looking for "results" which meant we had to train hard to do our best! So, thanks for the help!

WOW HUNDREDS OF PHOTOS!!
OK check out this link to a photographer website:
http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/thumbpage.aspx?e=2998707
When you open this page you will see a whole BUNCH of numbers. Those are the competitor numbers from the bodybuilding show. Sandy is number 10. I am number 27. If you click on these individual numbers you will see four pages of literally 100 or more photos of each of us during our performance that night. Man, I have never SEEN so many photos before. Take a look. It should give you an excellent idea of the shape we were in that night.
Enjoy… |

Thanks iaimei and Sister Sweets for the complements. Here is another shot from that same show taken up close with better lighting.
I look like I'm mad, but actually, it is so hard to hold those tight poses when you are tired and carb depleted! I'm giving it everything I've got....
