ohmigod this is just sick! While it's very commendable that the Phillipine government banned dog meat in 1998, lack of funds prevent enforcement and for some unfathomable reason, this practice still thrives. Yep, I'm absolutely unapologetically very culturally biased  in that I find the idea of eating dog and cat meat absolutely revolting.
Do what you can to stop this practice by clicking on the link to appeal to President Arroyo to make funds available to stop this appalling "industry". There's also a video but I couldn't watch it.
