to all clarisonic users out there..

I'm using mine in Aus.. just bought a voltage converter.. i've charged it for the first 24 hours.. but the BRIGHT green light is still flashing.. on the upper side..
and i notice there's another DARK green light flashing down there as well.. at the same time..

Do any of u have any idea? or should i just let it charged till the green light stop flashing?

THANKS!!!

When the unit is fully charged, the light should stop blinking. I would call Clarisonic customer service to inform them of the problem. The unit is under warranty if you happen to have a faulty one.

That great! I guess it just needed a longer charge. Enjoy your Clarisonic - it's awesome!!

Could you please tell me exactly what kind of voltage converter you bought. I'm in Australia too and would love to have a Clarisonic. I did email them about the situation but they advised me not to purchase and wait for the international model to be released. If I can buy a converter which works, I'd be very tempted to buy one. Thanks.
