I ordered her One Step Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily/Combo skin and the ingredients on the bottle are different than the ones on her website. (The bottle says it has parabens, which I'm allergic to, but her website doesn't list them).
Has anyone had any problems making an exchange with this company? |

| my sister swears by Paula's choice and she does experimemt with lots of different products. Does that help? |

I tired some of Paula's Choice Products. The cleanser, BHA products, and my skin DID not agree with them at all. But I had absolutely no issues with returns. Followed the website instructions and received a credit for my returns in record time. I have rave's about her line, but just does not work for me.  |

Indoo,how do you know its the paraben you're allergic to. Was it diagnosed by a doctor with allergy tests? |
