I have been using Thin Lip Collagen Boost for 9 months now (same tube too!). In the warmer months I was mainly using this before bed to prevent the pesky cracking I'm prone to on the left side of my mouth, which it worked wonderfully. I also woke up with softer plumper lips (not big lips plump, lines and crevasse filled out kinda plump). As the weather has gotten colder I thought I would need a more heavy duty lip conditioner because the texture of the Collagen Boost is light and milky. I switched to Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 for six day and it wreaked HAVOC on my lips! Peeling, cracking, and little red bumps around my mouth like I've never seen (i'm only thankful for this since I think it gave me a preview of what's to come while on accutane)!!!
I couldn't find my Collagen Boost so I was just putting lip gloss on non-stop for a couple days with no improvement. Found my Collagen Boost and AHHHhhhhh everything cleared up and my lips are back to being soft and comfortable. I'm using it day and night now.
Things to note:
-Due to milky appearance/texture you have to rub it in good or your going to look like you have weird white stuff on your lips
-the scent/flavor is very delicate and light, can't quite describe it though

I didn't like this product too much- I couldn't get over the taste and smell and the look of having icing sugar on my lips.
But I'm glad it works for you. |

Icing is a good way to describe the taste and smell! Sorry it didn't work for you. For me, the taste and smell of icing isn't a problem . As for the look of it, it can easily be taken care of by waiting a few minutes for it soak in or by layering lip gloss over it. |
