Hi,
I've a dilemma here. I ordered a parisan ballet pumps about 3 months ago. It took 6 weeks to arrive. Then i wear about 1 month and realise there's a small opening at the front part of the shoes. And sent it back to them.
They said they'll exhange for me. But when i was wearing the flats, i realise the bottom is slightly thin n i tend to feel the stones when i walk. So i requested for half a size bigger. They said it'll take 4 weeks to arrive. I agreed.
As this is the 4th week, i emailed and checked when will the flats arrive and was told that they feel that the shoe is spoilt due to over- wearing instead of manufacture damage. And told me they've sent back the damaged shoes to me 2 weeks ago. (without even informing me, yet i was happily waiting for the new one to arrive) I emailed them and said it is very irresponsible and asked how can the shoe be over worn in just bout a month (i dun wear it everyday, etc). they simply said it's due to overwearing and there's nothing we can help u with. we wish u all the best. then ignore my email after that.
So i called. We were talking about it. and we couldn't And she even hang up my phone saying, i'm sorry we can't help u further and i've a phone coming in and refuse to pick up after that. I was so outraged.
Now, i have no refund, no old shoe, no new shoe.
So, should i make a consumer complaint? If so, any advice n that? I'm an international students by the way.. not really sure how this works.. Anyone here tried before and have advice? Thanks a lot!! |

Is this an Australian company or an international one? If it is Australian, then you have the ACCC to put the fear of G-O-D into them. Otherwise, I don't like your chances, and the only thing I can suggest is to just n-a-p-a-l-m them in any or every international online forum you can! |
