I find flax oil can seem to make forehead lines become much smaller if taken regularly.
Hyalauronic acid caps plump up skin.
I also take vitamin C, zinc and B Vits.
I'm wondering whether others have noticed take any particular supplements really aided them with skin tone, complexion, fine lines etc? |

| Virginia - I suggest you do a search of the topic - there are lots of previous threads that have tons of info on this.... also supplements for hair. |

| Vitamin B12 injections has also made a big difference for my skin. It has helped reduce my acne and make me look more healthful in general. |
