Can anyone tell me their experience with Serum 20; Hydrating B5 Gel; and Ultimate UV Defense SPF 30? these 3 were recommended to be used in combo.
I now have reached the product junkie stage: HELP!! ![Rolling Eyes](images/smiles/rolleyes.gif) |

Once you reach the product junkie stage you are beyond help I'm afraid
I haven't used the Serum 20 (I did use the Serum 10 though) but have used the B5 gel and the UV Ultimate I think. What exactly do you want to know? The B5 gel is used over vit C as a moisture boost for your skin (since the vit C serum can be drying). In terms of the sunblock, Ultimate Defense is right up there with the sunblocks I tried. While it is pretty thick in the tube, it doesn't make my skin go oily like the "standard" supermarket SPFs do (or at least the ones I've tried). In terms of the Serum 10, it was effective but I prefer Vivier ones because they feel less watery and also feel less drying (my skin doesn't feel tight after application of the serum and before application of the B5).

I used all 3 and loved them! My skin always used to be quite dry, but it just like normal now. I have recently swapped the B5 for relaxaline and will try the cellularskin C serum till my student grant comes in, as the SC 20% is about to run out I have to say that I find the ultimate defense good enough as a moisturiser as well |

Dear Ladies,
First, thanx for your prompt and always appreciated knowledge. My questions: 1) integrating alpha derma; 2) how much do we all really need? and 3) how does this regime compare with other product lines (sothys?).
Thanx again, and i know i have reached the point of no return and this site is NOT helping!! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

Audrey,
There was a post earlier on about using Alphaderma CE (ACE) with vit C serum being ok, but needing to wait a few minutes after the application of the vit C. Whether you'll need the B5 over the vit C when you use the ACE is something you'll need to experiment with. The sunblock goes over the top of the ACE.
In relation to part (2), well, your guess is as good as mine. I like to use heaps of different products so I tend to use a lot of different stuff.
AFAIK, Sothys does not have a "serious" vitamin C serum. And by "serious" I mean one with a specified concentration and packaged in a brown bottle.
