I see lots of place that sell soy wax, but it's not organic.
I have SEVERE allergies, so I'm hoping this will work, I can't wear too many lip balms or lipsticks at all, even all organic/natural usually have ingredients in them that cause bad problems for me.
Does anyone know where to buy *organic* soy wax online or anywhere? I'm in Texas.
I've seen websites that sell organic soy candles, but they don't sell just the wax that I can find.
Is it difficult to make soy wax, I wonder? I don't know what's involved to turn the soy oil into wax. I've read some about it, but it doesn't say exactly how to get the oil into a wax.
Thanks. |

I was looking for organic soy wax as well and never found any - it's hard to find. I've located organic soy oil but not the wax. And the organic soy wax I have found only comes from candle companies, no idea if it's OK for cosmetic use.
Let me know when you find some, OK?

thanks for the links Rita - I considered ordering from Garden of Wisdom but when I emailed Markey, she said her soy wax wasn't organic so that was the deal breaker for me. I checked the other links but they're not organic either.
Queenmama, thank you for the link. I still haven't seen anywhere on this site I can order organic soy wax, but I can see that's what they use in their candles and skincare, so this may put me on the right track.
Thank you both for your help, much appreciated!
