it is the ultimate dream of any skin. ravaged in a subtle way by smaller forces the dream may seem far. recently I had the opportunity of experiencing a few products that helped me to tackle the various blemishes presented to my skin by weather changes, pollution, sun and occasional acne.
1.gycolic acid(12%)
this can be obtained over the counter and is quite cheap. if you have acne scars(like me) then apply it evenly on your face then remove the cream filling the pin scars. this must be done cause glycolic acid can deepen your scars.
using a ear bud the process becomes easy.
2.sandal wood. this is one of the basic blemish removing formulation in Ayurveda treatments.
you can make your own sandalwood lotion if you can obtain a piece of sandal wood from an Indian store. be careful when you buy because you can be duped.it wont cost more than 100$ for 30gm. grind it and mix it with 80% aqueous base and keep it in a air tight container.leave it on your face for an entire night. this can remove any blemish within a month for sure. it can also remove suntan and is supposed to make you glow.
both the process can be combined to yield ameliorating results
thank you |

Thank you for sharing your experience John! Would it still work if sandalwood grind is replaced with it's essential oil? |
