There is a lot of information about this on the main Dermaroller thread. I know it's a lot to look through, but the short answer to your question is: yes.
You will have to do a bit of research on needle size, amount of pressure, how many treatments and see what sounds best. There is a lot of information out there and on this forum, but one clear-cut method of rolling doesn't seem to have been established.
Also, keep in mind it takes time 3-9 months for the complete results, so it's not a quick fix. However, once you settle on a method, you will probably be seeing subtle improvements during this time. Hope this helps a bit.

If you read the long Dermaroller-thread, you will see that quite a few people have had success with treating stretchmarks.

There are different protocols to follow, but many "rollergirls" have been using a roller with 1.5 mm needle length approximately once a week.

I am currently treating scars with 1.5 mm needles approximately every week and intend to do six treatments before taking a break. Hopefully, I won't need more treatments after that.

I haven't heard that rolling can improve loose skin, but perhaps it will? You will more likely have success with treating scars, stretchmarks, hyperpigmentation and wrinkles, from what I have been reading.

There are some stomach success pics in some of the articles I posted on the CIT/Dermarolling Articles thread.

Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Collagen Induction
Desmond Fernandes, MB, BCh, FRCS(Edin)
This article provides a great overview of how collagen is developed with the micro needling process, as well as the rolling protcol, etc. (pics included)

Some results photos from a Boston doctor (with pics):

Anyone considering rolling should PLEASE read up on this...there is more to it than just sticking yourself with needles. There are very specific pre- and post-rolling regimens to maximize your collagen production.

At a minimum, please read this one:

Environ® Medical Roll-CIT™ Micro-needling
Revolutionary New Approach to Medical Needling

Probably my FAVORITE rolling article - it contains frequency recommendations, as well as pre- and post-roll protocols for optimal collagen development. Also comparisons of rolling with 1mm vs. 3mm needles.

Here is the link to the rest of the articles...the crappy ones are at the bottom:
