I want to order this but I am worried about 2 things: how do you sterilize the brush without damaging the bristles? Also which head to use, I dont want to risk getting any broken capillaries,is it better to get the soft head.Is it ok to buy on ebay or is it better to buy direct because of guarantee? |

I use hydrogen peroxide or which hazel. I use the delicate or sensitive heads for my face and the normal for my body, you may have to try them all to see which one is right for you. In my experience it would be hard to get broken caps from the brushes, unless you were really grinding into your skin, which defeats the purpose of the "sonic waves". I chose to buy from EDS for the discount and just registered online at Clarisonic. Hope that helps. |

I just rinse it over the brush after cleansing, let it sit for about 30 seconds then rinse out. |

I don't sterilize it. After using it, I just rinse it with water and dry it with a towel and that's it. |

The indicator light on the brush should be green and lit if the unit is working.
Do you have the right voltage where you are for the unit? If the voltage is too high, you may have damaged it. |

I am upset since I have discovered that the center of the inner brush does not rotate, it only vibrates now,I bought from eds can I get a replacement? |

Lucyluc, I think that is normal. The bristles aren't supposed to rotate--they work by vibration like the sonicare toothbrushes do. |

are you sure about that?I thought it was the rotation which made it special;I know the rotadent tooth brush rotates. |

Yes, check out the Clarisonic website. The inner head oscillates 300 times a second, it doesn't rotate. In fact, the oscillations are so fast that they can't really be seen individually. (Likewise, the sonicare toothbrush doesn't rotate, either.) I know there are rotating head skincare brushes and toothbrushes out there--I think there are even battery powered ones. But Clarisonic works somewhat differently. |
