That's what this article says. I don't know. It may be just a ploy to keep us torturing ourselves. But on the one hand, it states it does the job of kegel exercises.

i think its bull....
you can be beter in the sack where you have high heels or not. |

LOLLOL about that article. There are a lot of so-called scientific studies out there that claim a lot of nonsense. I cannot figure how walking in high heels makes you do more Kegel excercizes. |

Without reading this article, I'd say it does have a point. When you're on high heels, you tighten the pelvic muscles automatically, and strong muscles there used right - yep, you get picture
Keeps the incontinence away too... |

High heels improve your sex life, by driving DH crazy in the sack....gotta love the thigh highs too!
Now orgasm on the other hand, is the best 'kegel' practice there is....
