Has anyone used this yet? There's been a link to it for a while now. Being in a different time zone though I haven't tried it (plus I don't have any questions to ask at the moment  and I don't want to waste their time). |

| Link is at the bottom of every page "live chat". At least 2-3 persons try to be online and available for live help during our business hours 9-6 Pacific Time but after that it is getting tricky to be available for our customers in other Time Zones. |

| There's a link to it from the product pages. It's actually a feature that allows you to talk to the EDS staff when you have any queries about products etc. |

u guys get to chat with eachother and not with me  sniff ... i think it will be fun to chat with some of you. maybe once ppl get to know eachother here a lil? |

Oh dear, I must admit I have been tempted to start adding EDS people to my MSN but I'm afraid that if I do that I'll never get any work done at work (or at home!).
Strawberry - I would suggest though that, if you want to preserve a spam-free email account, you edit out your email address here and send it in a private message. Otherwise you might one day find that you're getting lots and lots of spam (believe it or not, there are programs that scan websites for email addresses and then use them for marketing purposes). |

Yes, this new feature is slowly, but surely taking off, and more customers are beginning to use it.
I am soon to have a laptop at home, and may be chatting to you on my own free-time. Just think: I could be answering your questions, late at night, while sitting in my jammies at home. Casper can help too!  I will not be able to answer questions about pending orders however, as I will not have this info. at home. A girl's gotta have some down-time too, right?
P.S. Casper's sharing her skin/fur-care secrets too: lick front paw, rub in circular motion through whiskers, around ears. Once scratched behing ears and on face, repeat. Stretch neck waaaaay back, and try to lick back of neck, then furry decolletage. Have a pretty pink, * spam * cat brush with a heart-shaped handle, purr, and convince "Mum" to brush regularly. |

Strawberry have you got Msn if you have and you want to PM me I will add you to my list and give you mine. Although I am slow at replying because if I am not on this site I am playing games on miniclip and only answer between levels
