That is my question.
I read about DPL recomending covering the thyroid area, if you have any thyroid problem.
I came over a post about someone saying that when she put the red led light over the front of her neck, thyroid area it made her agitated after a certain time of led light exposure...
I was actually wondering if the red led light therapy would be good for hypothyroid? I've been searching and found very little information about this...
Has anyone had bad issues using the red light led therapy over the neck thyroid gland area?? Or on the opposite if low thyroid activity -hypothyroid, you've had good results?? Or just simply no effects at all!!

| I don't see how it could affect the thyroid. The light is used on the upper layer of skin. |

I was wondering if any posters that use DPL, Baby Quasar, LightStim have noticed anything or are taking precautions. If it may help hypothyroid but not hyperthyroid, that is what I seem to grasp from the reports I read, that if you're hyperthyroid be careful cause the led can stimulate the gland. |
