Of these three the correct daily and latte which should I pick. I am an 18 yr old AA female with pretty bad skin lol. Hyperpigmentation, clogged poors the WORKS! So I have been reading up on Julie's items and I like what I have read so far. Ive also seen the threads but they are SOOO confusing because Everyone does their own thing with Julie's peels...Ima a first timer but I dont want a baby peel lol. Ive done Juice Beauty's GAP and PSF Pumpkin and they didnt really do much...but they made my skin feel nice. SO which should I use and how exactly should I use it for a nice effect. Thanks in advance |

I liked the TCA latte though it goes bad or goes flat after a while..
don't get your hopes up too high though..i've foudn for the few days after a peel the skin looks amazing and i'm really excited, then that glow fades and it's back to normal |

My latte curdled... I guess I didn't use it fast enough. The reason for that is, like you I found the instructions very confusing. |

I read on PSF's website that the peel is not suitable for sensitive skin, does that apply to people with broken caps and redness (me), anyone with that type of skin use a peel? |

the tca latte does go bad unfortunately. it is also really gentle. i would probably go with the apeel daily. the apeel daily has less retinol than the correct, but you can always use it in a stronger fashion by leaving it on longer or applying a thicker layer. if you have never used julie's peels before, i would definitely say go for the daily or even the light/night.

my problem concerns dark spots on my bikini area - butt and upper inner thigh. spots on my butt area were caused by pantyline garters and leglift floor exercises while inner thigh dark spots were caused by loss of weight. i have tried bleaching this area for 10 sessions at a dermatologist clinic but had no positive results. i cannot wear bikinis because i do not want to expose these ugly spots on my body. pls help!!!!! any suggestions or recommendations?? thanks |

Are you sure it is going bad? I asked her this once and she said it actually has long shelf life and you just need to shake it up and even if it does not go back to being as foamy it is still fine. |

the smell changes quite significantly, and it leaves this gross film on your skin after maybe...3 weeks |

If you try to peel please let me know. I am also a AA and was considering using the products. Like you said there is so much information out there I too get confused. |

ghetofab--have you ever done or considered trying a lactic acid peel? I've found these very helpful in fading spots from sun damage, cleaning out pores, and refining skin surface. I purchase the kit from MUAC...here's the link in case you'd like to check it out
http://www.makeupartistschoice.com/lactic55.htm
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the peel, plmk...I'd be happy to help. I'm pretty sure other EDS members have used MUAC peels...maybe they could also post their experiences.hth |

Hi there,
I am about to try MUACs Lactic Peel%40 for my hyperpigmentation?
May I ask how many times have you used it and did you have any success with it? Do you think it is effective enough to get rid of HP %100 or would you consider switching to TCAs?
Many thanks

I just used the apeel daily 3 days ago, I'm not peeling, just a little flaking. I read somewhere that Julie recommends not using any other facial products after the peel. I'm a little confused. Does anyone know the proper follow up? Face wash? moisturizers?
My daily regimen involves toner, ester c ferulic serum, and placenta moisturizer. I stopped this for the last 3 days, and want to know if it is necessary to avoid my regimen while I peel, will the use halt the progress of the peel? |
