My outer eyelids tend to drop and make me look tired. My mother and grandmother also have this-thanks.
Any creams or tools that can help? Wasn't there something new being sold at drugstores? I think it was $60-70.00 and guaranteed a couple of mm in lifting? It was a laser tool or something like that.
Thanks |

Do not know what creams but it very common and if its really bothering you it can be fixed by surgery and very successfully |
