I'm looking to try and then buy one of these and wondered if anyone here has had any experiences with them. Do they work? How long and how often do you need to use them? There are loads out there varying from £200 to £7000. Anyone recommend any models? Hmmm so much to consider!!!  |

| Please *try* it before you buy. I wanted to buy one as well but ended up hiring one for a few months and found out that I can barely use it. The concept sounded good but I'm very ticklish and can't bring myself to stand on the plate for more than 20 seconds before my legs just feel unbareable! |

| Yes - have tried one it's fine - just makes me burp!!! I have tried an Alphacab which felt good but mega exensive and a powerplate. They had very different feels. |
